Who we are

Advo HQ is a free educational resource about Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), operated by V23 Fuel Inc. We are not affiliated with the Social Security Administration.

Information we collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal health information unless you voluntarily provide it — for example, by using our Find Help directory to request contact from an SSDI attorney or advocate, or by emailing us directly.

If you use Find Help, we collect what you enter into that form (typically name, contact info, and a general description of your situation) to pass along to the attorney or advocate you're requesting to hear from.

Find Help & sharing your information with attorneys/advocates

If you submit a request through Find Help, your information is shared with the independent attorney(s) or advocate(s) you're matched with, so they can contact you about your SSDI claim. Advo HQ is not a law firm and does not review, evaluate, or act on your case — we only pass your request along. Submitting a Find Help request does not create an attorney-client relationship with Advo HQ, and does not guarantee any attorney will contact you or take your case.

By submitting a Find Help request, you consent to being contacted by phone, text, or email by the matched attorney(s)/advocate(s), which may include automated dialing or texting systems. Consent is not required to use the rest of the site — it only applies if you choose to submit a request. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the attorney/advocate directly or by emailing us.

We do not sell your Find Help submission to unrelated third parties (insurance marketers, data brokers, etc.) — it is shared only with the SSDI attorney(s)/advocate(s) you're requesting to hear from.

How we use it

Analytics data is used solely to improve the content and usability of this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain Find Help submissions only as long as needed to complete the referral, and analytics data per our analytics provider's standard retention window. You can request deletion of any information you've submitted to us by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
